Red Light Therapy for Pain & Joint Relief
Every device here runs 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared, the pairing used across this whole category for joints and deeper tissue.
Cordless red light therapy belts wrap a knee, back or shoulder and leave your hands free, while larger pads and panels cover a full limb in one session.
Choose by the body part you want to reach, then match the shape of the device to it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Both are normally included together and they behave differently. 660nm red is absorbed close to the surface, so it stays in skin and the tissue just below it. 850nm near-infrared travels further before it is absorbed, which is why devices aimed at joints and muscle lead with it. For a knee, hip or lower back, you want a device that includes 850nm rather than red light alone. Almost everything in this range runs both.
Most devices here are built around 10 to 20 minutes per area and ship with a timer set accordingly. Longer is not better. Light therapy follows a dose response curve, so past a certain point additional exposure stops adding anything, and a 40 minute session is mostly wasted time rather than double the effect. Use the timer the device comes with and treat one area per session.
At a desk, yes. Cordless belts run on a battery pack and sit under clothing, so a session while you work is fine and is how most people fit them in. Not while driving. The device warms up, the controller needs looking at to adjust, and a strap across your waist is a distraction you do not want at speed.
No. These are general wellness devices, not medical treatment. People typically use them alongside stretching, physiotherapy and whatever a clinician has already advised, not instead of it. If pain is new, getting worse, or follows an injury nobody has looked at yet, see a clinician first. A light therapy device will not tell you what is wrong.
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. We sell these as general wellness devices. FDA clearance is granted to one specific device for one specific medical claim, and nothing in this range holds that clearance. If another seller tells you their facility is FDA registered, that is a different thing entirely, because registration of a facility is not clearance of a device. We describe what these products do physically, wavelength and output, and we make no treatment claims.
